Tough times for the proof-of-useless-work supporters; millions are spent on trying to gaslight the rest of the world into believing that wasting resources is a good thing and - weirdly - it’s just not catching on.

Fortunately the publisher is always happy to stress the peer-reviewed nature of my articles in their own press releases. Part of why it’s a commentary is that the methodology was previously already covered in a full research paper by Siddik et al. (more recently also by the UN).
