Ethereum Energy Consumption Index Changes

Estimation method changed to reflect a new estimate for proof-of-stake Ethereum after “The Merge” (i.e. Ethereum replacing its proof-of-work mechanism with proof-of-stake).

Retroactively applied a fix to allow electricity costs to reach 100% of miner revenues during a market downturn (previously capped at 60%). Additionally, a fix was applied to properly account for fees after the implementation of EIP-1559.
